Alan McIntosh

Alan went to school in Lasswade, then studied at Edinburgh College of Art.

“I have been drawing since I was a very young boy. I have had various jobs, all mostly in graphic design. My last job was with the Scottish Qualification Authority for 27 years until my retirement last year.

Since retiring I have been drawing and starting to use oil paint as an additional way to produce art. My main subjects are portraits of people, dogs, horses, and pets. I hope you enjoy my work.”
