RICCIO GALLERY

FRAMING, LARGE FORMAT FINE ART PRINTING, ORIGINAL ART

What we do …

HIGH QUALITY FRAMING FOR PAINTINGS, DRAWINGS, PHOTOGRAPHS, MEMORABILIA

Carlo Riccio has 20 year’s experience of frame-making. He has an excellent reputation for craftsmanship and respect for customer’s needs.

Frames both display their contents and form part of the decoration of your home and we have a great choice of mouldings for you. Customised framing ensures a well-proportioned surround.

– Picture mounts / mats / passes partout
– Glazed frames including non-reflective glass
– Frames for canvases
– Canvas stretching for artists
– Frames for precious memorabilia including sport shirts

Each job is costed individually and each frame is hand-crafted.

LARGE FORMAT INK JET PRINTING

We have a new state-of-the-art ink jet printer that produces high quality images up to 101cm / 44″ x any length.

We print onto rolls of canvas or paper, such as:
– giclée prints on Somerset Velvet paper
– photographic prints
– prints on canvas, mounted onto stretchers.

We can print from your digital files or, for a small fee, we can photograph your original image.

RESTORATION OF PHOTOS AND PAINTINGS

We can restore photos and refresh paintings:
– photographs scanned or photographed, then printed
– marks can be removed or photos made clearer using Photoshop
– oil and acrylic paintings can be gently cleaned to restore their original brightness
– it may also be possible to repaint blemishes

Each job presents its own challenges so please bring your photo or painting  for a no-obligation assessment.

FINE ART & CRAFTS

We regularly exhibit work by Scottish artists – currently our Summer Collection 23

We also sell pre-loved 20th century art – none left at the moment!

If you’re an artist who wants to display their work, please photograph it and send examples to Linda at linda@ricciogallery.com. We charge lower rates of commission than many galleries because we want to encourage new artists!

As well as wall art, we are currently interested in developing links with studio potters and fine art jewellers.
